Powerbar 6E issue

Hello, I am getting some random issues with my powerbar.
I get an alarm message saying PABCOM as a txt alert.

Also all the devices on that powerbar go off randomly. I have tried replacing the cable to it and also running the cable to the powerbar from a different port. The issue still persists and is completely random.

I also noticed that the Fuse light on the switch for that powerbar is flickering vs my other powerbar which is Solid red. Would a flickering light on the switch be indicative of something ?
I also started going down the list of connected devices and it seems like the flickering almost goes away when I disconnect the heater…Could that be an issue or is the powerbar not able to keep up with the heater ? I don’t have very many things attached to the remaining other than a skimmer and a couple vortech pumps.

Any thoughts?
