the security key will be re-generated on your P3 after you entered myGHL-ID and goto the next step.
Anyway, we recommend opening a ticket in our support platform, where you can provide more details about your P3 and network environment.
Serialnumber/myGHL-ID are essential and if you can attach some screenshots of the LAN settings in GHL Control Center.
