When I was first getting mine all setup and updated I had to turn off the profilux and wait like a minute, then turned it back on and could then reconnect via Wi-Fi. This was when I could ping the p4 with success, but couldn't connect via Wi-Fi. The restart worked both times and I haven't had a problem since. Not sure why, but it did the trick!
