You have to set up a wifi connection on gcc, then update the wifi fw. Once that is done, you can download the connect app and enter in the correct ip you created in gcc. That's how I got it to work!

If the device is already on your network, you just create a new connection in GHL Connect, select the ProfiLux 4, and enter the IP address you assigned to the controller.

You also need to make sure that your device meets the minimum requirements of the app. This includes ProfiLux firmware and Wi-Fi module firmware.

Is the ProfiLux 4 also running on the newest firmware, 7.08?

This can be found within the newest version of GCC.

For an alternate update method, please use the wifi update tool located in the GCC folder.

Instructions can be found on our website downloads page under MANUALS.

Make sure to disconnect from GCC before doing this update.
