Cannot connect to Trocal LED Control

Hello,

I bought a Dennerle Trocal LED lamp + Trocal LED Control.
I installed different versions of the GHL Control Center but all failed to connect.
Then, I saw that I should see what COM port is used by the LED Control and add a new Profilux Mini/Light with that specific port. So, I saw that COM3 was used, I added a new connection for that port, but it still does not connect.
What am I doing wrong?

Please try to manually reinstall the USB driver.

This driver install packet will be located in the GCC folder. Select the driver folder and choose dpinst_x64 or 86.

Please post screenshots of your device manager window.

Have you tried using another USB port on your PC?

Try another USB cable
Increase the timeout to 20000

For the ProfiLux there is no timeout setting. Only name, interface and address.
I tried on another Laptop and on other USB ports. Still not working.
