Can I ask if I am following the correct procedure for requesting support from GHL? I have posted an open request for assistance 1 week ago with no response, I have asked politely for anyone to provide feedback and then again (politely) for GHL to assist, again with no response from GHL - I understand and have read the forum rules and appreciate that there is no support via PM so I am unsure of where to turn to for support?
