PC Software remote use

Is it possible to run the pc software on a usb stick. I would like to be able to connect to the Profilux remotely in case of problems ie alarms.
I will be away for four weeks in India. with no laptop, so need to be able to use the pc software in a internet cafe.
my set up will be looked at but they have no clue how to manage the profilux computer. I will have a IPAD and IPHONE with me on my travels.

any advise on this.
