    Default Help

    Hope that got someones attention
    Somehow I purchased a new computer thats the start
    I have a PIII that now doest work
    On olg computer i have old software 5.0.1.1 my old computer crashed
    The soft ware had all the function on the left side
    I now have newer soft ware with function on right side nothing working
    also power bar not working greegn light come on and blinks com port never lights up
    Please advise what to do
    also tryed to update firmware that also doesnt do anything

    It's a P3
    What PLC version you have?
    Are you connected via RS 232?
    What's your operating system on new computer?

    p3 ex was p11 with upgrade
    last software and firmware 2010
    ?? opreating system where do i find this
    i can controll p111 with computer just the power bar not working
    hope this helps

    sorry connect usb was old rs232

    Is it a PAB power bar?
    Have you upgraded power bar?
    Also try turning on and off P3 so it can cycle. Sometimes the power bar will be detected that way. But you have to cycle P3. Also be sure that you have power to power bar.
    Check power cord.

    I think a good starting point would to have all software and firmware up-to date

    the current version for ProfiLuxControl is 5.1.5.2, the firmware is 5.15

    -> first update the Profilux firmware

    or are you not able to connect at all?
