Screen profilux ll texture gone

Hi i'm new here and my english
Is not so good sorry for that
My display was ok when
I disconect my profilux from power
But when i conect it again
I can't read the texture
The light is working oke
I have try to recet it by disconect
And conect but with no result
Can i preform a compleet recet
By recet it to factory setting

What can i do ??

I dont know if i have broken pixels
But only the upper part of the display
Have some texture but this
Is more chinees texture than english
And is it poseble that the display
Is broken from only disconect
The power supley ??
