yep, Its always surpising to see ppl be turned off by the ethernet port
while they want wifi => that's why they made wifi bridges =)))))
, setup is rly transparant with a good bridge
After looking at the unit closer I found the answer to my question. Here are the specs:
Specification:
1 10/100 base Ethernet cable header;
1 DC-2.0 female power port for power in;
1 DC-2.0 male power port for power out;
Input Voltage: DC5V-15V;
Consumed Power: Less than 1.5W;
Transmission Distance Indoor: 30m
So that unit does have a DC-2.0 male power port for power OUT! Makes sense now.
Yes, the input socket is on the back side, next to the net cable (not visible on any pic). The cable plug (without the USB adapter) can be used as output and fits into the PL3 power socket.Does the VAP11G have a power IN/Out to where you plug the P3 power supply into it and then it powers out to the P3 unit?
I think it´s directly passed through the VAP11G
If you are still looking for things to use I am using one of these. Was pretty easy to setup and works well

I have just purchased a http://www.amazon.co.uk/Belkin-Serve...2778483&sr=1-1
and have used it to connect a seneye usb probe wirelessly through my router and then on a lap top with the belkin software installed. Works Great! and is cheap and easy!
Will I be able to use this to connect my Profilux also?
Via LAN bridge: surelyWill I be able to use this to connect my Profilux also?
Via USB maybe, if the Belkin driver supports it.
BTW: What´s the reason you ask questions always twice or three times in different parts of the forum? That´s rude, not neccessary and will other user prevent to answer.
