The upgrade kit does it include the frontpcb of the PL III also. (Wont work other way because the Grafikdisplay and the cpu/ram are on the same PCB. Just remove the PLII front, insert the new PL III front, mount the PAB Modul and the LAN/USB Module and you made a PLIII out of a PLII. (Not exactly that simple but thats it)
