    Yes. There's only three ports on the box, and they're pretty clearly labeled.

    PIII firmware 5.06
    Expansion box firmware 1.03
    2 digital 6 plug powerbars firmware both 1.04

    RJ45 wire path:
    PIII > Expansion box > Power bar 1 > Power bar 2

    PIII sensors:
    Temperature
    PH1 probe
    RS232 plug hooked up
    ethernet cable hooked up

    Expansion box sensors:
    Conductivity
    Redox


    on power bar #1:
    1 - 300w heater (set to heater 1 function 27c)
    1 - 300w heater (set to heater 1 function 27c)
    1 - Seaswirl oscillating water direction device (set to always on)

    on power bar #2:
    1 - Reeflo Dart supergold water pump (set on illumination 1 function)
    1 - Reeflo Dart supergold water pump (set on illumination 2 function)
    1 - Seaswirl oscillating water direction device (set to always on)
    1 - Reeflo Dart supergold water pump (set to always on)

    We built the same configuration and we have no problem to calibrate.

    Maybe the ExpansionBox is not correctly assigned.

    Try following:
    ProfiLux -> System -> Configure PAB -> PAB Systemreset
    And then assign the ExpansionBox and the two Powerbars again.

    Is the problem still there?

    I am about to calibrate my redox probe but am wondering what the null plug is?

    The null plug is a probe connector that has a metal stub instead of a wire leading to a probe. It gets plugged into your Profilux unit in place of your redox probe.
