Freshwater realistic day. sunrise, and sunset

Hi,
A little background...
I have a profilux 4 with a Mitras 70 daylight which is setup to simulate the moon phase. It was was too bright (moonlight peaks at 1 lux) so it has three layers of 95% tinting film on it and runs at a maximum of 12% this does give me a realistic light level and also the moon phase works well.
My problem is that with all that tinting I cannot get enough light for day use so I have bought an expansion box 2, and another light.
Does anyone have an example of the settings for realistic daylight and sunrise sunset for the Mitras lightbar?
