Can someone help me I have just purchased maxi 2.2 standalone I am unable to connect the hotspot via the app .
I have gone through all the instructions I can see the WiFi connection on my device but it does not connect.
I have spent hours on this getting **********.

I have tried repeatedly unable to connect to device hotspot I can connect to the hotspot but the device is not recognised on the app and fails to pick it up.

Hi, I had a similar issue when setting up my Maxi 2.2 standalone. Make sure that your phone is actually connected to the Maxi hotspot in your phone’s WiFi settings first, not just seeing it in the list. Also try turning off mobile data while connecting, because sometimes the app prefers the internet connection instead of the device hotspot. Restarting both the Maxi device and the app can help as well. If it still doesn’t connect, it might be worth checking whether the app has location and network permissions enabled. Hope this helps!
