Default Doser 3 Pumps Upgrade Kit / pump head getting stuck

    Greetings,

My two Doser 3 upgrade kits were shipped on 2025-07-22, then in a couple of days I received them and installed both kits within the last week of July.
    Prerequisites were met:
    - new GCC software downloaded
    - new FW flashed into devices
    - settings for Doser 3 pump heads were configured & applied

Initially, upon both Doser 3 kits have been installed, merely just about three pump heads (out of 8 heads total) were able to spin smoothly & finish a 360-degree rotation in a single run.
I left the upgraded Dosers connected and running the configured dosing schedule, just for monitoring and observation purpose.

Then, a new GCC with new Firmware came out, again flashed that new FW into both Dosers.
    Continued in observation.

As of today, just about three months after putting both Doser 3 upgrade kits into service, I'm able to observe that seven pump heads (out of 8 heads total) are able to spin smoothly & finish a 360-degree rotation in a single run.
    Which is a noticeable improvement.
But the last pump head still getting stuck in rotation (the last pump head in the linked video).

Now, I'd like to ask for advice:

Has anyone else encountered these Doser 3 pump heads getting stuck & unable to finish a single 360-degree rotation cycle.
If so, has anyone been able to figure out how to resolve/mitigate these stuck pump heads.

Thanks for sharing any possible insights.

I am having the same issue, I upgraded 8 of the 12 heads, and several are still sticking even after breaking them in.
    current firmware is 1.55

Also - I have set one of them that does not appear to be "sticking" to dose 500ml per day at 1ml per minute. This is ~8.33 hours.

I get a dose of around 200-300 ml, not 500ml.

The head has been calibrated an SLOW 0 speed numerous times, using a graduated cylinder AND a 0.001 lab balance.

I am at a loss and looking for answers.
