Further to my previous, my local fish shop has advised that the distributor have not refunded anyone to date and in fact there have been issues even getting into contact with said distributor.

You mentioned that if we are having trouble ordering through dealer to contact you (GHL) direct. What would be the best way to make that contact so we can place an order as soon as possible please and get the unit direct from you without any further excessive delays?
