while measuring water with my KH Director, a Leakage alarm appeared. I have checked all the tubes and connections, but the alarm still persists. I powered off the device and unplugged it. On the official website, it says to contact support in this case, so I would like to ask how to proceed further.
I've already posted an official ticket, but no one is responding. KH Director is still in warranty, so I would like to know how to proceed further
