My Ion Director is connected to the stand alone doser 2.1. The doser has the newest firmware update but the ion director probably not. When I start the menu of the ion director there is communication error 41 and i get kicked out of GHL connect. When I try to update the 2024 firmware for the direcotr, there is communication error 50 followed bei download of 2/3 of the files and then comes update failed. How can I get rid of that and start using my Ion director?
