This is how it works:

  1. Check your eligibility: Do you have a ProfiLux 1, 2 or 3 (all models)?
  2. Contact us: email a photo of your device showing the serial number label to sales@ghl-kl.de.
  3. Buy a ProfiLux 4, 4e or a set in our store after approval by GHL - for that moment at the normal price.
  4. Send us your old ProfiLux with a copy of the invoice for the new ProfiLux 4 (set) within 4 weeks of receiving your new ProfiLux. GHL will take care of the proper recycling of the old device.
  5. You will be refunded €150 within 5 working days of receipt of the old device via the payment method used to pay for the new ProfiLux 4.


Alternatives:

  • Would you like the €150 credit first? In that case, send us your old ProfiLux first and you will then receive a €150 coupon for our webshop, which you can use to buy a new ProfiLux.

Is it too expensive to send the old ProfiLux because you live abroad? Then we need proof that the old ProfiLux has been irreparably destroyed, in which case you would have to arrange for its compliant disposal yourself. Please clarify the details with the sales team at sales@ghl-kl.de in advance.

  • The old device must have arrived at GHL no later than 4 weeks after the purchase of a new ProfiLux. The previously reported serial number must match.
