I am trying to connect my Profilux 4 to myGHL account but I am getting an error.

The connection couldn't be established. Please check if the entered myGHL ID is correct and and if your GHL device is online and if for Profilux 4/Mitras LX WIFI-firmware 7091 or above is installed.

The device is online and is receiving a PING and the WIFI firmware is up to date to version 7523
