GHL Doser 2.1 SA – Wi-Fi Functionality and Setup Assistance

Dear GHL Support Team,

I recently purchased two second-hand GHL Doser 2.1 SA units and I am currently trying to set them up.

During the initial setup process, I noticed that neither device appears to broadcast a Wi-Fi network, and I am unable to find any Wi-Fi functionality when attempting to connect to them.

According to the product documentation, the Doser 2.1 SA should have built-in Wi-Fi capabilities. Therefore, I would like to confirm whether both of my units should support Wi-Fi and whether there are any hardware revisions that do not include this feature.

I have attached photos of both devices, including their labels and serial numbers, for your reference.

Could you please advise:

Whether these specific units are equipped with built-in Wi-Fi.
How I can verify if the Wi-Fi module is functioning correctly.
Whether a firmware update or factory reset is required.
If there is any known issue that could prevent the Wi-Fi hotspot from appearing.

As these units were purchased second-hand, I do not know their previous configuration history.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
