Redox probe flatlined

My redox probe has flatlined at 398 mV for the past couple of weeks ... is it kaput ? It's a few years old.

ADC1 = 445
ADC2 = 513

There is no reading on the P3-ex screen ... I haven't tried to recalibrate but I'll do so when I get some free time.
