Profilux Plus2 display problem

Hi, I have a Profilux Plus 2 running firmware v5.15, the display always reads 'Nominal Value - Selection With' and I cannot change this.
If I press and hold the ESC key the display will scroll through Temp, Ph etc but only while the ESC key is held in.
I have managed to re-install firmware(v5.15), but the problem still exists.
When controlled via PC using ProfiluxControl the unit connects and works ok but I have no control using the Profilux unit itself.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Hello,

have you opened the ProfiLux housing (e.g. for inserting an expansion card)?
Perhaps one of the keys twisted when you closed the housing again.

Anyway, you could check if the buttons are all in the correct position.

If this is not the problem, then it could be a hardware defect.
In this case we recommend to send the unit in for checking.
