have you opened the ProfiLux housing (e.g. for inserting an expansion card)?
Perhaps one of the keys twisted when you closed the housing again.
Anyway, you could check if the buttons are all in the correct position.
If this is not the problem, then it could be a hardware defect.
In this case we recommend to send the unit in for checking.
