Scubacube 270 mitras 6100 high efficiency vs high output?

I have a scubacube 270 (65cm waterheight) with the mitras 6100hv at 20cm over the water surface with an acrylic cover on top of the tank. What would you advise for me? High output or heigh efficiency, and at what percentage? I run the standard illumination programm.
