Issues upgrading firmware on profilux

Hi , i tried to upgrade the firmware on the profilux using the GHL CC ( latest version)
Via USB , it started doing it but then crashed . With some error 8 .
This is getting very frusting as nothing seems to work without any effort . I have tried this on 2 laptops with the same effect . As well as having a brand new doser that i am still unable to connect to via anything but the usb !

when doing the installation of the firmware are you selecting YES on the profilux device before press OK on the software to download as per the warning dialogue box that pops up?
