Good evening, just found that my SMS module (rs232 type) is not working properly.
When I start GHL Control Center the SMS module keep loop the booting, in other words keep restarting, it not even allow me to use the control center properly. I had checking all the numbers and all its fine. the SMS provider number is the same the sms chip has "credit". Battery bar shows green.
How can I return the module for repair as it is out of warranty?
