Default ProfiSounder: Disco for your tank ;-)

    Hello all,

inspired by the possibility to play back thunder sounds in the GHL Controlcenter I have written a small tool that extends this possibility a bit. Maybe someone else is interested. It is Java based and should(!) run on devices with installed Java Runtime Environment version 1.7 or later. In desktop environments, it adds a new symbol in the info area / system tray. features include:

    • Based on monitoring the Profilux switch states, one or more
    • can play back multiple sounds at once, formats: wav, mp3, ogg
    • fade in, fade out, change volume with respect to switch states
    • loop sounds
    • somewhat easy extensible

Tested on Windows 7 and the Raspberry Pi. Experiences with other OS are very welcome.

Unfortunately, the docu is still lacking. A few examples are outlined ath the end of the page https://github.com/MajorTom4711/Prof.../Configuration . In the event of problems I'll answer here ;-)

@Mods: This thread would propably be better located in "Third-party Software and Tools". Unfortunately, I am not allowed to post there.

Just out of curiosity, did you have a chance to try it out?
