    Default Web Interface password configuration

    Hello,

I have configured dyndns and my router to access the web interface of my Profilux, but I'm a little concerned at the lack of authentication required.
Pretty sure there must be a setting to configure remote access authentication, but can I find it?

Could anyone tell me where I could create an administrator password for this login?

    Thanks
    Andy

    Hi Andy,
Yep if you connect to the profilux using GHL Control centre.
    Select system (Not the +)
Select Webserver button on RH side of page
Change Admin Password to your preference. (keep safe)

You can change the admin and guest names if you wish also.
May add a degree of further security as not keeping it the default?

But does not use SSL so still not particularly secure.
    Call me Paul !
Note: I am not GHL staff!

Thanks Paul, thanks Gunther. Spot on.
    Feel much safer now.
And thanks for the quick response.
    Cheers
    Andy
