Frage LEDcontrol V2 - not disable LEDs

I need technical assistance in connection DIY marine lamp through LEDcontrol V2.
Wiring diagram for an attachment. Just attach the DataSheet for drivers MW LDD.
Has a separate power supply for 48 and 5 volts. Load resistor of 1K.
The problem is the following, that a decrease in the level of the channel to zero does not disable the LEDs completely, and very weakly lit. What am I doing wrong? How to make a minimum level, they were switched off at all?
I hope very much for your help.

Open the panel for the L-ports inside GHL ControlCenter (or ProfiluxControl) and check the minimum output voltage.
For the regulary applications (T5 dimming) is preset to 1-10V.
Decrease the lower level until the LED switches off (down to 0V)

    Thanks for the answer!
    I installed in ProfiluxControl min = 0V max = 10V.
At the minimum dimming displays the traffic load 0V. But crystals LED still glow.
Can I have some errors in the wiring diagram?
Correct nominal load resistors I chose (1K Om)?
What measurements do I need to make to help identify the problem?
