Setting up Auto Top Off

Hi all

I'm using an Optical sensor and I'm not sure if it needs calibrating or how to set the ATO correctly... Can anyone give me a little guide on how to do it?

I've set it up and when I take the sensor out of the water there is a dash next to it (meaning it is working) when I put it in the water there is a cross (indicating it is not in operation. However, when the sensor is on, the plug socket isn't activating I know that the socket is functioning ok because when I put it on 'always on' the pump starts...

What am I not doing??

Sensor 1 options:

Always ATO? -> Yes
Sensor 1 -> Auto Top Off
Reaction time +/- -> 10 sec
Max on time -> it depends on the water pump, more or less 30 seconds
Function socket selected -> Water 1

This means: after 10 seconds you see "-" on the diagnostic screen, it has to start the socket selected before

I had it on "is only active with timer 7"
