    Default profilux doser problem

    hi i have a profilux doser unit which has three dosers. the 2nd doser is running constantly. what is causing this? i have changed the communicating wire to the profi lux ii controller that seemed to have fixed the problem but now the controller does not communicate with the doser. also have tried programming the doser as per instructions but no luck. once i click the programme now button instantly it says ready. i thought this was a bit strange. so the second time i clicked help and found a message that apperas as follows: cannot find the c:\programfiles\profiluxcontrol II v4081\profiluxcontrol II.hlp file. then it asks do you want to find this file yourself? so i reinstalled the software and had the same problem. can anyone help

    Hello,

    if a pump runs constantly, then this could point to a hardware damage (perhaps water/liquid came into device).
    So we recommend to send your unit in for checking. Please contact your retailer.

    I am not sure if this is a hardware problem, maybe it is just the setting.

    Please tell us your settings in regards to the doser.

    And: It seems you work with Software 4.xxx - this is obsolete for a few years now. What firmware has your ProfiLux? What version of Profilux?
