    Default Upgraded 6100 clusters to 6200

    I just upgraded my clusters to the 6200. I updated firmware after install, but it still shows up as a 6100 after I change type, reboot and reconnect. Does this mean I'm still running as a 6100?

    Does the PC software still show the correct serial number of your Mitras lamp?

    All the serial boxes are empty. Oh and I'm using v1_032.

    This is still an issue. What should I see in the serial boxes? How do I get them updated?

    Normally it should look like this:

    SN Mitras.JPG

    (serial number is displayed)

    If this is not the case, please send me the serial number of each lamp (you can find it on the lamp itself)
    where the number is missing by PM - then we will proceed from there.

    Thanks Carolin! I was able to update my serial numbers and then change the model of my lamp.

    The lesson here is that if you want to change the model then you need to make sure your serial number is registered to the lamp.
