Default Urgent please: profilux problem after thunderstorm

I have hade a problem right now after a strong thunderstorm. My profilux turned off by itself (maybe power surge on ethernet cable).
I have tried to turn on again my profilux, and some messages appears on screen: 1) Memory test... error in data. 2) Code: 21930 Data: 21930; 3) Loading factory settings... and then the screen remains blue and the alarm led blinking without any further message on screen.

I installed the firmware again but nothing is changed. I tried to connet by profiluxcontrol and a pin request appears.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks so much!!

Similar case to me, I had to replace two PCBA ... so after that I add a surge protector.

What are PCBA? Did you replace them by yourself?

I got these two PCBA from P3 upgrade kit, just unplug / plug then upgrade the FW and load the setting is OK. But not sure for P3.1 model, better advised by GHL.

I guess at least one of the PCBs had been damaged during the thunderstorm, but we can't diagnose from here which one it is

we can check the whole device and replace the needed parts
