Connecting issue

Hello all
I'm having a problem connecting to my Mitras. Operating system windows 8, 6100HV, FW version 1.06, using supplied USB.


Device mgr seems to be recognizing it. But, no drivers???

after I try to update driver

In "add hardware" when I try to add com/lpt it shows GHL com port available

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try top power off your mitras and then switch it back on. Try to reconnect the usb cable and restart your PC.
If it doesn't help uninstall the driver and then install it manually from C:\Programm Files (may be (x86) if you have 64bit operation system)\GHLControlCenter_VXXXX\Driver.
