Downloading measurement data - can't change comma to point and remove units

When I download the measurement data from a profilux 3.1 N (firmware 6.05 & Profilux control 6.0.6.0) I can't get it to give me the data with a point instead of a comma and without units. I change the dialogue option from comma to point and tick the box to says no units but it still gives me commas with units. If I leave the defaults I get commas with units. Oddly enough the tab vs semicolon switch works (but as excel can recognise both formats doesn't help very much!).

Any ideas on how to fix this?
