Default Temp is reading 30 Degrees higher than the tank temp

I plugged in my temp probes a while back but Never hooked up the heaters to the controller, today I wanted to hook them up, but the tank temp (according to the controller) is 101.7F and according to my Hydrometer it reads 78F degrees, home temp is 68F degree. I see where I can adjust the probe, but I also know they come factory preset for a reason... The Heaters (3) are set to 78FThe tank is clearly not 30degrees higher, I have a full tank of corals and fish and none are dead or dieing which they would be if the tank was 102 Degrees... any insight?

38°C aka 101°F means a not properly inserted or missing temp probe.
Maybe you have plugged it into level port by mistake

yes, well that was correct, Thanks Gunther..., also I noted that if the temp probe comes unplugged it does the same thing, and that would turn on my fans and chiller... this plug should lock on like the rest of them, in future versions this may be something to consider.
