What is inside of temp probe of profilux?

Hello,
I have question about temperature probe.

I have Profilux 3 Ex.
Today I've bought GHL Expansion box to extend my profilux.
I have hybrid lamp with power led Cree ( DIY product ) and T5
I would like to use temperature probe in Expansion Box to verify heat sink temperature in lamp.
in this situation, I have to make your own probe because Profilux haven't that solution.

Could you tell me, what kind of hardware is used inside of temperature probe?
Is this a DS18b20 or LM35?
Anyone have wire diagram?


Additional: Why in Extras - Expansion Box Calibrate is grey ( not available ) ?

this is a PT1000

calibration is disabled because there is no need to use it unless special conditions (lost calibration e.g.) occur, then we can activate it
