Default No Conductivity Calibration Option on P3ex

I do not have the option of calibration of my conductivity probe, running firmware 5.17. How do I correct this?

You can only calibrate through the control panel on the Profilux not in PLC.

Yes I know that as I also have a 2ex ( which has the option ) but there is no option on the actual controller panel of the 3ex.

Have you activate the conduct sensor either in control panel or in PLC?

this menu does not appear, if:
    - sensor disabled
    - sensor broken or not present

OK so conductivity probe is in fine working order, hooked it up to my 2ex & was able to calibrate it just fine. So what is the deal with my 3ex?! Need some real tech support here NOW please.

So what is the deal with my 3ex?
There are tree posibillities you can check:
    • you have connectet the probe to the wrong socket (Redox instead of Conductivity)
    • your PL3 is not an ex aka the ex extension isn´t activated (you can check that in main menu of PLC or at status web page
    • your PL3 ex extension isn´t mounted correctly. Download the installing manual here and ensure it´s mounted correctly

If all this doesn´t help, it seems the input is defective. Connect your dealer i that case.
