Problem assining 2-mp60 and 2-mp40..Help!

Guys,
recentrly i set up a new system and added 2 mp 60 for my larger tank .i have been going nuts past few day trying to assing this 4 pumps together. i use to run 2-mp 40 for years with no problem.
all firmware up to date and all pumps are 2.02
Here is my steps:

- Delete all asigments
- Put all pumps in flashing blue/yellow mode
- end and save assingment
SIMPLE! BUT-----
Here is what i am getting
Doc1.doc
it shows only 2 pumps not 4. i clear memory several time , re did this steps several times -nothing!
More to this: one of mp 40 for some strange reason getting assing to pump 1, with is mp-60.how this happening?(
Pump 2 is mp 40 in the pump selection menu.

Right now i delete everything, re-program all pumps and run then without Profilux control, they all working fine!

Please, help t0 assing this darn pumps)

Please upload a screenshot as a single picture - I won't open doc-files because of the known and not solved security issue in windows.

The first thing you should try is, to clear the assignment and assign a single MP60 pump to the Vortech-Controller.
If this won't work, we can skip trying to add all four pumps together and we should figure out, why the pump can't be assigned...

i can assing a single mp 60 with out a problem. but, if i start adding one by one it wouldnt work either. i have tried all 4 and same problem occure.

If you are able to assign the MP60, then there is no general problem with this pump types.

You must understand following: you can't add pumps one by one...
You have to assign all pumps at one time according to the manual.

1) clear the assignment with the "Delete assignments of all VorTech pumps now" button in PLC
2) do a reset at every pump
3) set up every pump in the address mode
4) finally hit the "End and save assignments of all VorTech pumps now" in PLC to finalize the assignment

Believe me i did all this step by step. I have try to add all in one as per you recomendation but i can see only one mp 60 and one mp 40( as you can see above)
All pumps controlled in pairs for some reason, plus one mp 40 registered as mp 60. so, pump 1: mp 60 , mp 60 and mp 40
pump 2: mp 40..

after spending all eveing ( mywife wasnt to happy about it,i did many re sets andtryingto conect with no success.finally,i able to assing pumps in two groups i would say. this is really odd!
1 Vortech pump control : mp 60 and mp 40
2 Vortech pump control : mp40 and mp 60
i have no clue why and how vortech controller .
Please, take a look at the screen shots .What you thinki should do more?

I took pic of Vortech controllers , you can see different color in the knob. This tells you how they work.
Odd to me and ive been using 4 mp40 on my previous tank with no problem
first pic -pump 1
second -pump 2

Obviously the "slave" pumps were accidentally assigned to the "master" pumps.
And the "master" pumps were assigned to the Vortech-Controller.

But I have no idea, why this happens ... if you have followed the instructions - and I think you have
Maybe EcoTech could give here an answer ... I'm out of ideas...

I am the one who set up vortech2 to a slave mode.
My biggest problem why controller register
Vortech 1 : mp 60 and mp 40
Vortech 2 : mp 40 and mp 60
It should register as:
Vortech 1
Vortech 2
Vortech 3
Vortech 4

Maybe vortech- controller got damaged while i was upgrading to 1.3 FW?
