I have ATO and WC set up which are set to the sockets that i would also like to turn off at a different time during an auto feeding cycle.

I think you can use OR function in multiple pro logic .

yes, for example define 2 logic functions

than create a third one which has as inputs logic A and logic B, function is AND resp. OR (depends on the purpose)
