Default How to start the dosing pump

    HI~

I have SA dosing pump and want to know how to start this pump.

The following is what I have done.
    0. I connected the hose. Right side hose at pump, I put it in the KH container and the left hose at pump, at the sump.
    1. I set the date and time.
    2. I choose dosing program
    3. I select the pump 1
    4. Set the Auto mode
    5. Set the 6times a day
    6. Set the 10ml each times
    7. Save Yes.

The pump display moved main display but After this there is no change.
I also push the red button for remove the air. I waited dosing working during the day but this pump did not work.
    The PIN is 0000.
    Was there I missed?

    Hmm..

I found this in RC Profilux forum
    Auto mode
In the mode you simply set how many ML you wish each pump station to dose over a 24 hour period and the controller will auto dose each programme over a 24 hour period never overlapping two dosings at any one time.
That means If I set this 10PM yesterday, The pump will work after 10PM today?

If Yes, I should wait until 10PM today.

    Hi,
I found this previous thread which may help you.

    http://www.aquariumcomputer.com/Foru...read.php?t=375

I don't have a standalone pump so can't help much with the rest of it.
But did you say that it did not work when you pushed the red button.
From what I can see this should make the pump operate no matter what(assuming it is plugged in of course.

How do you know that the pump did not run - did you watch the pump permanently the whole day?
With your settings it will be started 6 times a day, each time for about 6s (assuming you did not change the default calibration of 60ml/s).

If it is pump 1 we are talking about it will be switched on at these times: 0:00, 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00
