Panne PL 3 ex après essai mise à jour Firmware 5.17

J'ai tenté de faire la mise à jour à partir de Profilux control via la connexion série avec pour résultats des erreurs de communications.
Après avoir fermé PL Control ,j'ai essayé avec l'outil flash et toujours la liaison série et convertisseur série usb.
ERROR N°001.Download error !
Aucun résultat alors que la mise à jour vers la 5.16 s'était déroulée correctement.
Mon problème ,c'est que le PL 3ex ne se met plus sous tension après branchement de la DC.
J'ai vérifié l'alimentation ,celle ci sort bien du 12,02v
Que dois-je faire ?

have you tried the correct flasher instruction for ProfiLux 3?
If you follow the directions exactly step by step, then the ProfiLux should work again in any case,
even if it doesn't react anymore now.

The flasher works only if you use a serial connection (serial/USB converter also possible).
