If the web interface of the ProfiLux is accessible, then the physical LAN connection is working properly.
So there must be something on the laptop side which prevent ProfiLuxConntrol connecting to the ProfiLux.
The connection settings are correct?
Please double check the connection settings in your laptop with your working settings at your PC.
ProfiLuxControl use Port 10001 - maybe something blocks this port.
