WebInterface OK but LAN connection with PLC not OK
Hi,
I use a P3 Ex since 3 years and i am very happy.
But i have a problem with my new office laptop (HP elitebook 8570W), impossible to connect my PL with PLC (LAN)&(WLAN)=> Error code 28
I can connect with it only by webinterface.
I stop the windows7 firewall but it's the same.
With my other desktop computer i have no connection problem.
If someone has an idea?

If the web interface of the ProfiLux is accessible, then the physical LAN connection is working properly.
So there must be something on the laptop side which prevent ProfiLuxConntrol connecting to the ProfiLux.
The connection settings are correct?
Please double check the connection settings in your laptop with your working settings at your PC.
ProfiLuxControl use Port 10001 - maybe something blocks this port.

Also maybe there is a wrong setting made in PLC for the port or the device number.
