Packaging recommendations...

Hi Guys,

After receiving my Mitras I was super, super excited about opening the box...
I took the outer sleeve off, which was of a good quality, and the box itself was nice & strong.

However, it got worse from there, on opening the box, my Mitras unit was packed between old crumpled up newspapers and packaging nuggets, with the rest of the contents in random places hidden in the box.
While I will say that the product itself is of fantastic build quality (As with all GHL products), the packaging was appalling - I'm hoping this is limited to just the one I received, as I would be planning to buy more of them when I upgrade my tank.

If this is normal, please, please, please change this practice as it looks extremely unprofessional - Unboxing a new device that costs this much should be a very pleasant experience!

PS, Again, I'd like to point out that the device is fantastic, along with the bundled accessories & sunglasses.

We NEVER use old newspapers for packaging the Mitras.

If this was the case, the Mitras was unpacked before by someone else.
You should ask the retailer you've purchased the Mitras.
