The section "Customer's wishes" has been created to collect wishes from customers, and if they are making sense and technically possible to implement them.
GHL has the aim to develop products which are matching the wishes and needs of most customers, collecting customer's wishes is very important to set priorities in the development in the right way.

Unfortunately some misunderstand the word "wish" and complain if their wish is not commented or has not been implemented after a short while.

GHL reads all customer's wishes very closely, but will only comment them in rare cases.

We would be glad not be asked permanently if this or that wish will be met and when, in most cases a substantial answer is not possible.
