AWC how to shut off sockets??

Hey guys got my AWC all working great but I just can't turn off the return pump and skimmer, also i can't get it right where the salts ATO and levels fill tank with one pump

Can you use programmable logic to:
Input 1 socket for return pump inverted *and*
input 2 Waterchange?

And the same for the skimmer pump?

If I understand correctly, the pumps should then run "unless" there is a water change in progress.
