I still can not figure out which setting should I use for the pump that us opposite to master...anyway I also can not find a setting to set the pump as master for tidal swell mode...

The pump you set to tidal swell will be the master pump. Set the other to either synchronous or anti slave and see which works best. Stuff like the aqua scape and tank size are factors which will affect which mode will suit you.
