As I said in another thread this is not physically possible.

To create a probes for these values on a continual monitoring basis is near impossible as they are of mineral content and to measure them requires they use of a flushable membrane as the ion selective membrane gets clogged very easily. dip testers of course are available but no use for the constant monitoring due to the previously mentioned reasons.
