Can I use an EVG-AP platine or do i need an GHL PL-0067?

I thinking about purchasing an Econlux led sunstrip. Is it really neccesary to buy an GHL PL-0067 or can I use my EVG-AP to control and dimmable functions by my Profilux?

If you are able to install the EVG-AP it´s not necessary to use a PL-0067.

In general an EVG-AP(1/2) has the same function like the PL-0067 plus power off switching at 0% dimming. But due it has no cover or casing, you have to integrate it into the lamp or anywhere else.
